OPENING TIMES AT CLAREMONT
Monday	Closed all day
Tuesday/Wednesday	2.00 pm - 8.00 pm
Thursday	10.00 am - 5.30 pm
Friday	10.00 am - 1.00 pm
Saturday	9.30 am - 5.00 pm

Members are requested to start to finish off their work half an hour before closing, to enable the staff to close the library and lock up on time.

The LIBRARY and ARCHIVES will be CLOSED on the following dates:
Wed 24th December – Tuesday 5thJanuary inclusive
Fri 9th April– Tue 14th April inclusive
Tue 5th May & 26th, Tue 1st September


The ARCHIVES are open by prior appointment ONLY.   For fiche readers and access to some records, please telephone for an appointment. Archives are not normally produced on a Saturday.

Facilities

Limited car parking is available for library or archive users on the drive outside Claremont.

All bags must be deposited in a locker on arrival at Claremont, and visitors must sign in and out on arrival and departure.

Claremont has a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits available for purchase.

Copying of archive documents will be at the discretion of the archivist. Copying restrictions also apply to particular archive collections.
For archive material you will be asked to complete a copyright declaration form .

Please contact the library or archives for photocopying and photography prices. There are reduced prices for YAS members.
