WELCOME TO OUR WEBSITE

Returning visitors will notice that we have a new slideshow featuring the Doncaster home of the famous St Leger Stakes, the final classic of the flat racing season run annually in September.   Established in 1776 it is also the longest and oldest, though it acquired its current name a year or so later at the suggestion of the Marquess of Rockingham, in honour of its founder Anthony St Leger.  More information

Suggestions for other themes are welcome, especially if accompanied by a few suitable images.  Contact the editor.
